10X’s reporting is completely transparent so you can see all the information relating to your investments that 10X can see. The 10X online Administration & Reporting Portal gives you access to all your living annuity policy details, including the investor statements noted below.
Investor statements. This is a personalised investment report that is updated weekly. It also contains a summary of your living annuity policy details, such as your nominated beneficiaries. The statement can be accessed via the Reporting Portal.
Your investor statement discloses the return on your living annuity before fees, the total fees paid, the return after fees and details of your investment portfolio. We disclose fees because they have a significant impact on how long your money will last. The majority of providers in South Africa only disclose your return after fees so you have no way of knowing the total fees charged, and how this will affect your living annuity.
If you have more than one living annuity with 10X, you will receive a separate investor statement for each.
Investment report. This is published online every month on our website under the Investment Portfolios section. It details the investment returns of the 10X Living Annuity portfolios and benchmark.
