What can my hsuband do if pension gets deducted from his salary but is nit being paid into the fund? we have been into Sanlam and spoken to a consultant and has confirmed that the last time money was paid in was in January. We know this is fraud, but what is the legal route to follow?

Celeste, You need to inform the fund's Principal Officer and the FSB's Enforcement Committee who will, in turn, alert the National Prosecuting Authority (the company's directors will be held personally liable).
