I was working for this company from 2007 but they started deduct provident fund 2011 march,since then they never pay money there but they were still deducting from my wages now i'm sick the doctor booked me off I can't claim because the owing 3years please help.

You can only claim from your provident fund if you resign from your employer, or you are dismissed, not because you are on sick leave. Ask your HR department to show you a benefit statement, to prove that your contributions have been invested in the provident fund.
