Our company was bought by a different company and we were with 10x and we need to know is it possible for us to receive all our provident from 10x and start over with the new company and how do we go from here as we didn't receive much information on what is going to happen or what to do please assist the company's are EARTH CHILD was bought by TRUWORTHS.

Answer:

Ppeliswa, Just because your company has a new owner does not entitle you to claim your provident fund. You can only claim once you leave your employer. Your may may stay where it is, or it may be transferred to the Truworths fund. Even then, you will not be allowed to claim.
