How can I claim UIF?

I work for a laboour broker and have not been allocated for more than 1e months. I need moey desparately as my dauhter can't sit for her final exam before her tuition fee is paid. How can I claim my provident fund and uif? The broker I'm working for is International task abour

Answer:

William, You can only claim UIF if you have lost your job involuntarily. You would to go to the nearest labour centre, to see if you qualify for a benefit. You cannot claim your provident fund unless you resign from the employer that facilitates your provident fund.
