Hi, I'm not sure as to how or whom to talk to. I was employed by Shoprite Checkers, like, in 1992 and never claimed UIF or surplus funds from them, but we had a Flexi Provident or Pension Fund which I did get. So how can I claim for the surplus from Shoprite and how?Where can I get the forms to apply?

You need to contact Shoprite HR and find out which fund administrator deals with their fund's surplus apportionment (if there was one).
