You can contact the administrator who looks after your employer's retirement fund, and ask them to confirm that all the documents and your tax affairs are in order. Your employer or your fund literature should tell you who the administrator is, however, administrators do prefer it if such queries are channelled through your employer's HR department, so that they are not continuously interrupted.
