I am getting divorced and married for the second time in COP. Does my second wife also get 50% of the remainder of my pension? My first wife got 50%. Please advise.

Your divorce order will determine how your assets are split. But if you are married in community of property, then your pension fund will form part of your and your spouse's communal assets, so the answer is effectively "yes". If your wife also brought pension assets into the marriage, then you will also share in her savings.
