Where can I complain about my provident fund pay-out? What happens to my annual leave after I've been fired, aren't they suppose to pay me my annual leave money? I've worked at Shoprite for 4 years and they only gave me R3 700, while they used to deduct R68 from my pay every week. Help, please.

These are matters you need to take up with your former HR department, especially regarding your leave pay. You have to fill in an instruction form to claim your provident fund. Refer to your latest benefit statement to see how much money you do have in your provident fund. not all your contributions would have been invested, some probably went to pay for your risk benefits and the fund admin fee.
