Will looming retirement reforms prohibit full cash withdrawal?

Question:

with this new compulsory act coming in to place in 2015, will I prohibited to get all my funds in my pension fund upon resignation

Answer:

Clifford,

No laws have yet been passed on compulsory preservation (and no proposed implementation date), so people withdrawing can still take the full amount as cash. Even if such a law is passed, vested rights will be preserved, meaning that your fund balance on the day the new law comes into effect (plus the subsequent investment return thereon) will fall under the current law.
