Can a pension fund be transferred to a preservation fund?
Upon retirement, can a pension fund be transferred to a preservation fund? If not, why? If so, please advise where "authorised" in the tax act.

I resigned and transferred my pension to an Old Mutual Pension Preservation Fund. Upon transfer I was told that I can make only one once-off withdrawal of after which I cannot withdraw again. I am unemployed and need money to pay my mortgage, before it is auctioned, and children's school fees. Can I make another withdrawal from the fund and, if so, what is the procedure?
